Do you require x-rays?

After the consultation and exam, the doctor will determine if new x-rays are required. If you have recent X-rays you are encouraged to bring them with you. However the need for X-rays is determined on an individual basis.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are participating providers with all major insurance carriers. You can contact your insurance company or check the provider listing on their website. If you are still unsure our front desk staff will be happy to contact your insurance company for you.

Do you work on knees or shin splints?

Council Bluffs IA Chiropractor, Dr. Woods will perform an exam of the spine or extremities. Yes she does adjust knees and works with sports injuries including shin splints. Once Dr. Woods has examined you she may decide to refer to another physician, if that is the case she will discuss her reasoning with you and will help you to make an informed decision.

Do you adjust children?

Yes, if it is determined during the exam that the child would benefit from an adjustment. However, this decision to adjust the child is not determined solely by Dr. Woods and the parent, the child also must agree to the adjustment.

I heard you can help me to stop smoking, is that true?
